Job Vacancies We are currently looking for Lead Instructors and Assistant Instructors to join our growing team. Salary and Benefits: Lead Instructor £300 per week, Assistant Instructor £275 a week Plus a commitment to time and budget for professional development Description Dartmoor Outdoor Company are seeking to expand its team and are looking for versatile and enthusiastic people to run guided canoe trips (www.canoetamar.co.uk) and operate its brand new tree based ropes course and zip tour venture ( Tree Surfers) which opens in May. Our clients are families, holiday makers, corporate groups and a small amount of schools. It is essential that our instructors have good interpersonal skills and can adapt to the needs of these different client groups. Qualifications and Skills Required Lead Instructor: Good people skills, experience of leading other staff, organisational skills. Over 25 years old SPA assessed, BCU level 3 or level 2 if other experience of tides/sea in evidence Assistant Instructor Good people skills, able to work in a team, able to support lead instructor.
