Is it for me ?

This one month residential course is an ideal introduction to navigation and walking techniques.  If you have experience already it will increase your confidence and build on your skills.

This programme follows the syllabus of the Mountain Leader Award and will prepare those wishing to go onto the MLTE Mountain Leader training course and Walking Group Leader training. Each day walking on Dartmoor or in North Wales will count towards the Mountain Leader Award (summer ML) and Walking Group Leader Award (WGL) These are the nationally recognised qualifications which would allow you to lead walking groups into British mountains in summer conditions.

If you are looking for a multi activity outdoor pursuits training course have a look at our Complete Instructor Course.
